The warranty is there to protect the customer from manufacturing defects, not against the normal wear and tear from regular use. It is also not an indicator of how long the product should be used before replacement. Warranty claims, returns and exchanges are dealt with by the retailer that sold you the bedding sets, if they are no longer in business and you are having a problem then contact our Customer Service department at
