We improved the Futon.
When it comes to futons, "Handmade" is not always better. Only by using state-of-the-art packing and tufting machines, foam compressors, and side shapers can you eliminate the uneven and lumpy-bumpy feel of a hand stuffed futon.
We build our futons in layers like a cake.
We start with layer upon layer of densely packed cotton, high density foam core centers, double stitched seams, pre-compressed batting and pressure lace tufting.
Then we top it all off with a heavy cotton covering.
